More than 600 Students Enroll At Maduka University Enugu

For the academic year 2023–2024, Maduka University Enugu has enrolled a record-breaking 600 students. This achievement is unprecedented for a recently established private university in the nation.

The university welcomed the newest members of its academic community on Friday, and the occasion was marked by a festive and upbeat atmosphere. During the ceremony, Maduka University’s Chancellor, Dr. Sam Maduka Onyishi, addressed the incoming students and emphasized the university’s dedication to developing the next generation of leaders.

Onyishi restated the university’s objective to offer a stimulating educational setting that encourages students’ creativity, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial abilities.

“The goal of Maduka University’s founding was to enable young Nigerians to become independent and valuable contributors to society. “We are committed to providing our students with the resources they require to thrive in a world that is constantly changing.”

The university’s vice chancellor, Prof. Charles Ogbulogo, put Maduka University in the category of an entrepreneurial powerhouse. He emphasized the institution’s cutting-edge facilities and wide range of academic programs that are intended to produce successful, well-rounded people. Stated differently, “Maduka University is a force in entrepreneurship dedicated to developing the next wave of leaders.”

“We are committed to molding well-rounded and successful young people who will have a positive impact on society through our diverse curricula and state-of-the-art facilities.” After the ceremony, eager new students talked about their goals and excitement for the future.

Many expressed confidence that their time at Maduka University would equip them with the practical skills necessary to succeed in their chosen fields, in addition to being intellectually stimulating.
