**Responsibilities:**
– Assist clients with visa inquiries, including providing comprehensive information on visa requirements, application procedures, and processing times.
– Learn to review and assess visa applications for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to immigration laws and regulations.
– Acquire knowledge of visa categories, documentation requirements, and application processes for various countries.
– Collaborate with embassy or consulate officials, immigration authorities, and travel partners to facilitate visa processing and resolve visa-related issues efficiently.
– Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients throughout the visa application process, including aiding in document preparation, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-up communications.
– Assist in maintaining accurate records of visa applications, approvals, rejections, and generate necessary reports as required.
– Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in visa processing and customer service.
– Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations of the visa department and deliver exceptional service to clients.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Travel and Tourism Management, or a related field.
– Strong interest in the travel industry and a keen desire to build a career in visa processing and customer service.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
– Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
– Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and internet research.
