Tonto Dikeh recently took to Instagram to share a cryptic message amidst the controversy surrounding Verydarkman’s arrest. “Don’t let the bed bugs bite,” she wrote.

In related news, prominent figures including Nedu, Eedris Abdulkareem, Liz Anjorin, and others have urged the Federal Government to release the activist, sparking a social media campaign under the hashtag #FreeVerydarkman.

The timing of Dikeh’s post has led many internet users to speculate that it was directed at Verydarkman.

The arrest of Verydarkman follows his outspoken demands for the imprisonment of famous crossdresser Bobrisky, alleging involvement in homosexuality with high-ranking political figures and law enforcement officers.

In a related development, Afrobeat star Seun Kuti has also joined the ‘Free Verydarkman’ campaign, acknowledging disagreements with some of the activist’s statements while urging Tonto Dikeh, a prominent Nollywood actress and politician, to advocate for Verydarkman’s release.
