In Response To Timaya’s Unpaid Royalties, Terry G says, “I was used and dumped.”

Terry G, a Nigerian singer, has criticized Timaya, a colleague, for supposedly owing royalties. He also claimed that he was being used by Timaya and other music producers.

Terry G accused Timaya of not paying the agreed-upon royalties for a song he produced in a post on his Instagram page. The singer expressed her frustration over the matter and mentioned that other artists have also been vocal about comparable issues within the industry.

Terry G stated, “If you know that I produced a song for you, then the table will be used for firewood the day I talk my own.” Terry was referring to the numerous podcasts and artists who were speaking up. “I need Timaya and other publishers to pay me my 50% producer publishing royalties. For all producers worldwide, utilize me as an example of how they use and dump greatness. But still, I rise.”
