Reporting Times: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Experience Requirements:
Experience working in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service roles.
Proficient in the use of computer and IT tools as well as CRM software and any other software.
Experience in a similar, hands-on role, where you have had to balance a range of briefs and manage the time accordingly.
Clear communication with a self-starter attitude/approach.
Social native, up to date with current trends.
A demonstrable ability to develop and maintain strong visual brand identities through digital content, video, and photography.
Proven experience in delivering high-quality content in the form of social media posts/blogs and general copywriting.
A confident communicator in both verbal and written language.
Excellent research, social listening, and planning skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas for a range of different sectors.
A passion for social media and high knowledge of analytic tools.
Punctual, honest with the ambition to become part of our growth journey.
An approachable personality and a good sense of humour.
Experience in formatting blogs from an SEO perspective (preferable, however not essential).
Experience within the Adobe Creative Suite (preferable, however not essential).

Minimum of 18 months contract.
Subject to 3 months probationary evaluation on the job at minimum salary band.
3 months’ notice before resignation or termination.
Refund of 3 months salary in breach of 1,2,3 above.
Compulsory attendance of induction, quarterly scheduled training, and organization’s yearly retreat.
Self-paced learning of how to use work and productivity tools within the probation period.
Access to a smartphone and internet connection.
Availability and reachability via phone and/or email.
Provision of Police report or background check.
Provision of signed guarantor or reference from the previous place of work.
Medical report for frequent sick leave beyond approved limits.

Salary: N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
