Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

- Responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen, customer care, delivery and store departments by ensuring all the departments Supervisors do their job and send their reports as laid down in the business operations guidelines.
- Replacing incompetent staff.
- Working with the MD/ceo and providing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the business operations as instructed.
- Supervising the execution of marketing and growth strategies with the marketing team.
- Identifying, approving and negotiating cost of repairs for 3rd party vendors and artisans.
- Managing all 3rd party correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls, etc)on behalf of the business.
- A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
- Proven 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing memorable dining experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, service standards, and cost control.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
