Responsibilities:

 Perform front desk duties.
 Perform general cleanup of all office facilities and areas
 Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
 Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
 Make adjustments and minor repairs
 Stock and maintain janitorial supplies.
 Data entry
 Assist other office staff by performing general clerical tasks like filing, printing,
photocopying, etc
Minimum Qualifications:
 OND or higher.

Requirements/Skills:

Recommended: Standard Chartered Bank Graduate – Investment Banking Programme 2024 » WHITEBEETLES

 Reside in Oron or plan to relocate before starting work
 Computer proficiency: High-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook.
 Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
 Experience in residential, hotel or facilities janitorial services
 Proven working experience as an Office Assistant
 Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery
 Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
 Communication; Interpersonal; and Time management skills
 The ability to be proactive; work independently with minimal supervision; and
follow health and safety standards

Responsibilities:

 Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
 Sort and distribute communications promptly
 Respond to requests or issues
 Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
 Schedule and plan meetings and appointments and take detailed minutes
 Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
 Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
 Maintain contact lists and provide general support to visitors
 Submit and reconcile expense reports
 Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
 Assist in the preparation of reports
 Document Management (storage, retrieval, and distribution).
 Data Entry (accurately input data)
 Develop and maintain a filing system
 Update and maintain office policies and procedures
 Technical Support (Offer first-level technical support for office equipment).
 Perform receptionist duties when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
 BA/BSc/HND
