Admin Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Officer to support our team. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, maintain records, handle petty cash, oversee company resources, support HR functions, and ensure a smooth working environment.
Responsibilities:
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Purchase and maintain sufficient stock of office supplies and materials
- Monitor usage levels and maintain vendor relations
- Negotiate prices and ensure timely deliveries
Petty Cash Management
- Administer petty cash in line with company policy
- Keep detailed records and reconcile monthly
- Ensure timely retirement of expenses
Fuel & Diesel Management
- Monitor and track usage across equipment
- Detect discrepancies and maintain proper records
Asset Management
- Conduct regular inventory checks
- Prevent misuse, theft, or damage
- Maintain an accurate asset register
Issue Escalation
- Detect and report operational issues promptly
- Follow up and report resolution updates
Utility Management
- Process utility payments (e.g., EEDC, ESWAMA) timely
- Maintain up-to-date payment records
Office Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office space
- Coordinate repairs and report maintenance needs
Security Oversight
- Monitor daily attendance of security personnel
- Report breaches or concerns to management
Facilities Management
- Identify faults in equipment (lights, ACs, chairs, water dispensers)
- Coordinate repairs or replacements
HR Support
- Assist in recruitment (CV sourcing)
- File employee documents with confidentiality
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc. in Social Sciences or Arts
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative roles
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office systems like filing, recordkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Admin Assistant

We are seeking a Technical Store Officer to manage inventory and logistics for technical supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure that items are properly received, recorded, and issued according to procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect received items against purchase orders
- Generate Goods Received Notes (GRN)
- Manage stock using FIFO/LEFO practices
- Monitor shelf life and tool calibration dates
- Prepare items for export and rotation
- Coordinate with procurement to fast-track urgent items
Requirements:
- OND in Engineering, Sciences, or Arts
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Airline or AMO technical store
- Certification as a Technical Store Officer is required
