NNPC/Chevron JV National University Scholarship Awards Programme 2023 Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) is a prominent oil producer and investor in Nigeria, playing a vital role in the country’s energy sector. Operating in partnership with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), CNL manages both onshore and offshore assets located in the Niger Delta region.
Additionally, Chevron has a strong presence in multipartner deepwater operations. It oversees the Agbami Field, which stands as one of Nigeria’s significant deepwater discoveries. Moreover, Chevron holds a nonoperated interest in the Usan Field.

Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) has partnered with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) to offer a series of University Scholarship Awards to eligible Nigerian students from all states. This scholarship program is an integral part of our strategic social investment initiative, aimed at fostering educational development throughout Nigeria.
The scholarship is specifically designed for blind or visually impaired second-year (200 Level) degree students pursuing any course in Nigerian universities.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
