Disaster: Actor Christian Oliver, Two Daughters Perish In Plane Crash

The two daughters of Hollywood actor Christian Oliver perished in a Caribbean plane disaster, along with him.

The four people on board—pilot Robert Sachs, 51, his daughters Madita, 10, and Annik, 12—were killed when the privately owned, one-engine aircraft crashed into the Caribbean Sea shortly after takeoff, according to local authorities.

The family was traveling from Bequia, a small island in the Grenadines, to St. Lucia when the incident occurred just after lunchtime on Thursday, according to a statement from the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force.

Oliver is originally from Germany. He has acted in more than 60 TV shows and films. His parts in “Valkyrie” and “The Baby-Sitters Club” are what made him most famous.
