Movie in the Park celebrated its historic tenth edition at Muri Okunola Park in Victoria Island, Lagos, providing a cinematic evening to remember for all of Lagos.
Record-breaking Nollywood actress Funke Akindele was present as she watched Kayode Kasum’s Nollywood thriller “Egun” with the audience. She then entertained them with motivational speeches and an unexpected dance break while promoting her most recent project, “A Tribe Called Judah.”
The Nollywood actress said she was happy to be a part of “this one of a kind experience” and added that she could only hope that the event gets bigger while speaking to the team members, Ayorinde Olabamiji, Bello Bisola, Clinton Oladokun, Feyisetan Ajayi, Boluwatife Ajayi, Usman Sanusi, and Ihechi Opara, and congratulating them on the success of the 10th edition.
Iyanya, a musical artist, gave an incredible performance to cap off the celebration.
As they were still in shock over the night’s success, the team members reaffirmed their commitment to giving Nigerians an unforgettable experience and said they will keep doing so.
