Under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike has promised that no project will be abandoned.
Wike expressed optimism that Tinubu would finish and commission a few of the ongoing projects before December 2024.
Following a Thursday inspection of a few projects throughout the Federal Capital Territory, the minister made this revelation.

“Since President Tinubu joined the team, work has continued at all the locations,” he stated. It will be challenging to visit every one of these locations at once because there are so many of them.
“We anticipate that some of the projects will be turned over to the public after May and before December.”
The inspection is a part of our regular process of examining ongoing projects, especially those for which we have assured the public that, with any luck, they will be finished by May of this year.
“Today, we conducted a site visit to verify whether the contractors are living up to our expectations.”
