President Tinubu Orders The Recitation Of The National Pledge At Official Engagements And Encourages Nigerians To Be Optimistic About Their Country

President Bola Tinubu has instructed the mandatory reciting of the National Pledge following the National Anthem at every official function.
During the groundbreaking ceremony of Renewed Hope City at Karsana, Abuja, on Thursday, the President stressed the National Pledge’s commitments to the country and asked Nigerians to stop being pessimistic all the time. The project consists of 3,112 housing units.

“We have to reintroduce the National Pledge at this event, so I requested for a printout of it before I left home this morning. The relaunch is about having faith in our nation’s greatness, ideals, and future. We promise to be obedient, devoted, and truthful to Nigeria, our nation. To give Nigeria all of your might, we saw it on the field of play yesterday. We were all rejoicing.

Everyone one of us loves victory. We love to win. When you are positive and you are hopeful, Nigeria is winning.

“We didn’t say everything would be easy and flawless. However, we have no doubt that our nation will succeed in every way. Since we are Nigerians and have no other country, we would do everything in our power to preserve our unity and preserve Nigeria’s greatness, President Tinubu declared.
