Job Description
- Present, promote, and sell the company’s products/services to existing and prospective clients
- Reach out to potential leads through cold calling.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Engage in strategy reviews, development, and implementation
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customers’ needs.
- Prepare sales reports and other reports as required by the team lead.
- Innovate and oversee the sales process for the business to attract new clients. Identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Research and identify opportunities that are present in existing and new markets. Qualify, modify, and secure business opportunities for the company.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
- Create, develop, and nurture long-lasting relationships and partnerships with current and new customers.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs.
- Answer potential customer questions: respond to customers’ requests for proposal, and follow-up call questions. Secure, grow and retain accounts through proper collaborations with leadership and sales.
- Develop and maintain a list or database of prospective clients.
- Maintain a database (sales force or excel) of potential customers’ information. Use the CRM software to maintain a pipeline of all sales administered.
- Suggest upgrades or added services and products that may be of interest to customers.
- Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that the company’s offerings remain relevant.
Requirements
- BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing or related courses
- 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in FMCG
- Communication and negotiationskills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Knowledge about Lagos route and ability to manage retail chains outlet.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring the daily security, maintenance, and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization.
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day running of the organization.
- Manage vehicles and complete the vehicle maintenance checklist on a daily basis.
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility by supervising the daily activities of the cleaners and ensuring they carry out their task.
- Ensure that vehicle documentation and insurance are kept up-to-date and are renewed on time.
- Managing all company documents and controls
- Handle first-level negotiations with facility maintenance vendors and ensure timely payment.
- Be in charge of monitoring company vehicles’ maintenance and ensuring all necessary papers are obtained when due.
- Ensure that all facilities are well functioning, including office supplies, electricity, maintenance and repair and other communications functions in the office.
- Do periodical checks of the facility and repair equipment, machines, generators, water taps, pumping machines, air conditioners, etc. when necessary.
Requirements

- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the role

Duties and Responsibilities
- Involve in recruitment processes
- Assist in screening resumes and application forms

Requirements and skills

Job Title: Internal Control Officer
Location: Nigeria

Job Description
- Implements the Internal Control programs to ascertain and report on degree of compliance with company-approved policies and operating procedures, laws, regulations and code of good business practices
- Prepares monthly and quarterly internal control activity reports and submit to the Team Lead, Internal Control for consolidation
- Reports significant risk exposures and control issues, including fraud risks, governance issues, and other matters needed or requested by the Executive Management.
- Perform prepayment audits
- Carry out monthly/Adhoc inventory count and periodic fixed asset verification exercises and submit reports to the Team Lead, Internal Control
- Follows up on the implementation of the audit/control recommendations and ensures that improvements are made to reduce the residual risks to appropriate levels.
- Performs any other functions as may be assigned by the Team Lead, Internal Control and Group Head, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1- 3 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
