E-Commerce Assistant (Remote) – Apply

The Braid Hub is an e-commerce beauty retailer specializing in delivering high quality wigs to women globally. Our goal is to provide convenience in the beauty industry.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Assistant. The individual must be experienced and passionate about Marketing and E-Commerce management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the continuous update of our e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing updates, and inventory
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience on our e-commerce platform, from purchasing to post-purchase support in order to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
• Collaborate with the Director to create engaging product descriptions, visuals, and promotional materials for online campaigns
• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and present findings to the management team
• Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website
• Help coordinate with external partners, such as shipping carriers and payment processors, to ensure smooth operations
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining documentation
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce, fashion and beauty, and retail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 12 months of proven work experience in a related field or Marketing
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, wooCommerce, etc.) digital marketing channels, and web analytics tools
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and drive results
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented, and have an excellent work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
