The adjacent Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge’s tolling was also impacted, and it was suspended.
Lekki Concession Company is in charge of overseeing tolling on the Lekki Expressway and Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge (LCC).
However, sources informed Our Correspondent that the state administration has decided to go ahead and resume tolling at the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge and the tollgate, disregarding the opposition from the general public.
Beginning in the first week of March 2024, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has said that there will be no going back on the Lekki toll tax.
