Job Description

  • Our client is in need of a sales manager responsible for effective management and optimization of business operations for the business sales team by meeting expected targets.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track the operations of the sales team.
  • Follow-up leads and samples provided by the sales team.
  • Implement strategies to cross-sell and up-sell cosmetic products or services.
  • Build a new customer base to maximize sales.
  • Work on strategies to improve team motivation.
  • Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer service.
  • Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
  • Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
  • Supervise field marketing and sales force.
  • Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
  • Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.

Requirements
Candidates should possess the following:

  • A Degree in Marketing or any Business related course.
  • Possess 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess good leadership skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Good communication skills

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions for assigned properties

  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • A additional accounting certificate is a plus
