Job Description
- Our client is in need of a sales manager responsible for effective management and optimization of business operations for the business sales team by meeting expected targets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the operations of the sales team.
- Follow-up leads and samples provided by the sales team.
- Implement strategies to cross-sell and up-sell cosmetic products or services.
- Build a new customer base to maximize sales.
- Work on strategies to improve team motivation.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer service.
- Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
- Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
- Supervise field marketing and sales force.
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
Requirements
Candidates should possess the following:
- A Degree in Marketing or any Business related course.
- Possess 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess good leadership skills
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions for assigned properties
- Review invoices and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and efficient manner
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance
- Must have worked in the real estate or construction industry for at least 2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- A additional accounting certificate is a plus
