Job Description

• A Site Supervisor oversees construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising daily activities, managing construction crews, inspecting work quality, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Site supervisors liaise between project managers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring effective communication. They are also responsible for enforcing safety protocols, monitoring project progress, and reporting to higher management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
