Job Responsibilities
- Ensures that the key logistics are flawless e.g Electricity bills, Telephone bills, rents, etc.
- Identifies reliable suppliers and confirms market price survey.
- Ensure the registration and renewal of company’s vehicles particulars & vehicles insurance.
- Organizes and maintains regular inventory, list of property, equipment of the Company.
- Monitors stock on basis items. Eg Kitting, papers, toners, paper etc.
- Ensures maintenance of the company’s facilities ie Generators,Plumbing,vehicles,etc
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase order and document in accordance with the companies’ policy and procedures.
- Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
- Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE qualification.
- 2 – 3 years work experience.
Salary
N140,000 – N160,000 monthly.

Job Title: Training Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of training to meet the training needs of the company and clients.
- Plan and facilitate training of Officers.
- Deliver training on and off-site to meet contractual obligations.
- Prepares trainee guards orientation schedule and training manuals.
- Ensures a high level drilling exercise for guards.
- Maintain training records and contractual training compliance.
- Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
- Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role
- Resource/recruit candidates for employment by the organization.
- Screen resourced/recruited candidates for training.
- Administer the company employment forms and guide candidates to fill them properly.
- Conduct orientation/induction for new staffs.
- Ensures proper update of staff records.
- Issue Identity Cards to staff.
- Coordinates the processing of all types of leave.
- Performs attendance entry, benefits, deductions, calculations and maintenance for guards.
- Implementation of all company Policies and Procedures
- Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
- Responsible for day to day running of the Branch office
- Responsible and accountable for all company property at the Branch office
- Maintain official vehicles, motorbikes, computer systems, mobile phones etc. issued at the Branch office
- Supervise Administrative staffs (Drivers, Cleaners, Guards, Office Assistants) attached to the Branch office
- Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE qualification.
- 2 – 3 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
