Production and Facility Manager at an Agro-allied Company – Crisppearl Limited*

*Location: Lagos*

Job Responsibilities
Maintenance of all machinery within the factory
Minor repairs of all machinery within the factory
Supervision of outside vendors during the repair of machinery within the factory
Procurement of new machinery to ensure production standards and targets are met
Design of new machinery to enhance production standards and targets
Ensure the company’s quality control measures are adhered to during production
To ensure and implement safety standards on factory floor
To oversee the factory workers handling all machinery within the factory

Qualifications
A Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of machine repairs and maintenance
Good understanding of factory operations.

Experience:
At least 1-2 years’ post NYSC experience working in a similar role
Cross functional experience, eg. operations, engineering, etc.
