We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Secure the designated areas
  • Monitor the surroundings of the factory
  • Secure life and properties
  • Patroling the factory and surroundings

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 – 5 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.

Job Title: Marketing Executive, Furniture

Responsibilities

  • Identify and meet with furniture dealers to establish new business
  • Represent the company positively and sell products to target market.
  • Identify prospective ‘customers and close transactions within a short period of time
  • Expected to build and manage solid commercial relationships at all levels and to manage all sales, margin and profitability.
  • Ability to take decisions on critical and urgent matters and provide solutions.
  • Expected to build a strong healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities/Leads to Active and regular Business
  • Understand our competition; Difference in product, price & other offerings
  • Maximize Business with each Customer.
  • Appropriate feedback and timely follow up on customers

Qualifications, Experiences and Skills

  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND or BSC qualification.
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in B2B marketing with good market knowledge
  • Presentable and with good communication skills.
  • Strategic / persuasive approach to business development.
  • Ability to work equally on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Job Summary

  • The business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients.
  • The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with services

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
