Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided lists or leads.

Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are promoting and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team to pursue.

Objection Handling: Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide suitable solutions or information to overcome objections.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for prospective clients to meet with sales representatives by persuading potential customers

Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and follow up with them as needed to move them through the sales funnel.

Meet Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly attendance quotas and performance targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to generate referrals.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with telemarketing standard operating procedures rules and regulations.


  • OND/HND/ BSC educational qualification preferred.
  • The position is open for males and females.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented with the ability to handle objections.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ethical and compliant with telemarketing regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.

Job Type: Commission

Pay: ₦80,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
