MTN’s Global Graduate Development Programmed aims to source, develop, and accelerate top graduates from across MTN’s footprint in Africa and the Middle East.

The programme offers an exceptional experience that fast-tracks talented individuals into crucial roles at MTN. It combines formal development through the MTN Academy with on-the-job training through full employment and placement into strategically aligned roles.

The formal component includes modules at MTN’s three regional learning centres situated in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.

These modules involve blended learning experiences such as immersive activities, various digital and media channels, and integration with social media platforms.

On-the-job development occurs locally where graduates are employed in MTN’s operating companies, involving job rotations, in-role experience, interactions with executive committees, mentoring, and coaching.

The MTN Graduate Development Programme provides top graduates with tailored development and significant employment exposure in a company that has been instrumental in shaping this continent.

Requirements:

– Graduation with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit no earlier than 2021.
– Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in September 2023 with a valid certificate.
– Fluency in the English Language.
– Possession of a valid international passport.
