1. Senior Internal Auditor
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary
The Senior Internal Auditor will collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit and Controls to ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in operational performance. This role demands expertise in healthcare operational audits, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to risk management and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Internal Audit in planning, executing, and reporting on financial, operational, and regulatory audits.
Assess hospital processes, identify risks, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
Monitor adherence to hospital policies and regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with healthcare standards.
Analyze audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable recommendations to management.
Conduct follow-up audits to evaluate the implementation of corrective measures and support risk mitigation efforts.
Collaborate with departmental heads to strengthen internal controls and foster a culture of compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CIA, ACA, ACCA) is an advantage.
5-10 years of relevant experience in operational and regulatory compliance auditing within a hospital or healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Nigeria.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

B.Sc in Radiography or Medical Radiography & Radiological Science or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Completion of one-year internship and the mandatory NYSC program.
Licensed by the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) with a current practicing license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; administrative skills are an added advantage.
