Founded in 1996 as a fully-owned subsidiary of the Tolaram Group, MCPL began operations by introducing Indomie, now a household brand in Nigeria. Over the years, MCPL has expanded its portfolio to include 13 brands across categories such as Noodles, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare, and Personal Hygiene.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions:

1. Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Deliverables:

Plan and achieve monthly sales targets for the territory.

Ensure product availability at Distributor outlets.

Identify and execute opportunities to increase sell-in and sell-out.

Optimize team efforts toward achieving territory objectives.

Supervise, coach, and train the sales team to improve performance and product merchandising.

Other Job Functions:

Create and execute periodic plans for the territory with clear KPIs.

Manage Distributors and optimize allocated resources.

Conduct market supervision, including price checks, competition analysis, and identifying new business developments.

Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts.

Monitor Distributor turnover, stock levels, and performance against monthly targets.

Develop and implement training plans for team members.

Collaborate with the marketing team to track and execute territory activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of HND with 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Strong Territory Management Skills and ability to build customer relationships.

Proficiency in sales analytics, computing, and PowerPoint presentations.

Tech-savvy with decision-making abilities.

2. Job Title: Sustainability Associate

Skills Requirements:
