Responsibilities:
Perform front desk duties.
Perform general cleanup of all office facilities and areas
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain janitorial supplies.
Data entry
Assist other office staff by performing general clerical tasks like filing, printing,
photocopying, etc
Minimum Qualifications:
OND or higher.
Requirements/Skills:
Reside in Oron or plan to relocate before starting work
Computer proficiency: High-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook.
Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
Experience in residential, hotel or facilities janitorial services
Proven working experience as an Office Assistant
Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Communication; Interpersonal; and Time management skills
The ability to be proactive; work independently with minimal supervision; and
follow health and safety standards

Responsibilities:
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications promptly
Respond to requests or issues
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments and take detailed minutes
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists and provide general support to visitors
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Assist in the preparation of reports
Document Management (storage, retrieval, and distribution).
Data Entry (accurately input data)
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Technical Support (Offer first-level technical support for office equipment).
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BSc/HND
