General Requirements

Educational Requirements:

Candidates should possess an Advanced Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (e.g., MS, Ph.D., PharmD).

Relevant certifications

Professional Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.

Experience in research and development, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and commercial operations.

Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and standards.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
