Job Description
As a Front Desk Admin at Aimtoget, you’ll be the first point of contact for both visitors and customers. You will represent the face and voice of the company—in person, online, and over the phone. Your role will be essential in ensuring a professional, smooth, and friendly experience for clients and stakeholders.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ibadan, offering a chance to work in a fast-paced tech setting while honing your customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries across all channels
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams
- Keep the office space tidy, organized, and welcoming
- Provide administrative and general office support as needed
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and provide timely feedback
- Act as a liaison between visitors and staff, ensuring efficient communication flow

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- High emotional intelligence and empathy for customers
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good command of spoken and written English

- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles is an added plus
- Knowledge of Customer Support and Common Sense is advantageous
