Role Overview

We are looking to hire a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with strong content creation capabilities to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital engagement, with the ability to boost brand visibility and establish our voice in the HR and recruitment space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a detailed social media strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage and expand our presence on key platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content — including text, images, videos, reels, and infographics — tailored for each platform.
  • Track industry and social media trends to roll out innovative campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to promote job vacancies, employer branding, and career development insights.
  • Interact with followers, respond to messages and comments, and foster a strong online community.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to deliver visually compelling and well-written content.
  • Stay abreast of algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and social media best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Key Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager or in a related role — preferably within the recruitment, HR, or consulting sectors.
  • Strong creative skills with proven experience in graphic design, short-form video editing, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month
