We are recruiting for the following positions:

Job Title: Client Success Manager
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
Identify and collect leads from key account target customers, establish contact, and achieve cooperation.
Manage quotes, orders, and transactions with customers.
Maintain long-term relationships with key account clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
Conduct industry-specific market research and analyze changes in customer needs and trends.
Provide market feedback and competitor information to superiors.
Address customer issues promptly, including emergencies and complaints, to maintain the company’s image.
Strictly adhere to work arrangements and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in industry key account management.
Deep understanding of market trends, industry characteristics, and financial payment needs.
Proficiency in customer service development and relationship management.
BSc/HND qualification.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, or conferences.
Ability to effectively present and influence at all organizational levels.
Strong business acumen and industry expertise.

Job Title: Vertical Lead – Pharmaceuticals
Location: Shomolu, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and customers.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends in the pharmaceutical sector.
Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and logistics teams.
Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, including manufacturing, distribution, and compliance.
Proven track record in sales with strong relationship-building and revenue-driving abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
FMCG experience is also acceptable.

Job Requirements
Fintech experience is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
5–10 years of experience in the Fuel and Gas industry (Retail, Downstream, Midstream, or Upstream).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of success in key account management within Oil and Gas.
Self-motivated, flexible, and result-oriented.
