Our operations span the entire downstream value chain, including Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution, and Retail Sales. Our primary products are Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO), and Kerosene (DPK).
We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
1. Job Title: Tax Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
The Tax Analyst will ensure compliance with Nigerian tax regulations, international tax laws, and industry-specific tax requirements. The role involves tax research, preparing tax returns, assisting with audits, and optimizing the company’s tax position.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance:
Analyze taxes and collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with tax laws.
Prepare and review tax returns and other relevant documents.
Ensure compliance with Petroleum Profits Tax (PPT) and royalties.
Tax Planning and Strategy:
Propose and implement tax-efficient strategies for investments and transactions.
Assist with tax forecasting, budgeting, and minimizing liabilities while ensuring compliance.
Audit and Reporting:
Assist in tax audits and address audit-related queries.
Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the company.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with finance teams to reconcile tax accounts.
Provide guidance on tax implications for contracts and joint ventures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CITN) are an advantage.
At least 2 years’ experience in tax analysis, ideally within the oil and gas sector.
Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and familiarity with FIRS processes.

2. Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
The Account Officer will manage bookkeeping activities, prepare reconciliations, monitor receivables, and process financial reports while ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile accounts and manage the nominal ledger.
Monitor receivables to ensure they are minimized.
Process cash book transactions and prepare bank reconciliations.
Document and update fixed asset records.
Compute and book direct expenses accurately.
Prepare periodic accounts and year-end performance reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) are an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or Accounts in a similar organization.

3. Job Title: IT Officer

Job Description:
The IT Officer will manage Rainoil’s network infrastructure, hardware, software, and applications to ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and maintain data networks and servers.
Provide technical support for network issues and user queries.
Maintain hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Ensure compliance with the company’s information security policies.
Qualifications:
B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines (minimum of Second Class Upper).
2-5 years’ experience as an IT Officer.

4. Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Coordinate visitor schedules and internal events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year in a front desk or customer service role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
