Multipro Consumer Products Limited (MCPL) is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage, and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie, and since then, it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. Over the years, MCPL has grown, adding 13 brands in various categories, including Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare, and Personal Hygiene.

Job Title: Communications Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled communications specialist to lead our internal communications and social media efforts. The candidate will develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage our employees, foster a positive work culture, and manage our social media presence.
Job Responsibilities:
– Create effective communication strategies for the organization, coordinate external and internal communications flow (newsletters, social media, etc.).
– Design communication for company-wide announcements and build relationships with key stakeholders.
– Develop and implement internal communication plans and campaigns.
– Create engaging content for various internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters).
– Manage and moderate the company’s website and social media handles.
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
– Create and curate relevant, informative, and engaging content to drive engagement within the organization.
– Monitor and report on social media analytics and engagement metrics.
– Collaborate with teams to integrate social media into their initiatives.
– Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all internal and social media channels.
– Collaborate with Regional Training Managers to drive recruitment exercises through available applications.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and social media.
Job Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in internal communications, social media management, or a related field.
– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
– Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
– Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that drive employee engagement and brand awareness.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and project management skills.
– Technical skills in the area of graphics, usage of Canva, and relevant tools and applications.

Job Title: Regional Business Head (Sales)
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver monthly sales targets for the region.
– Achieve product availability at distributor outlets.
– Identify, create, and execute opportunities with distributors to increase sell-in/sell-out.
– Effectively manage resources allocated for sales operations in the region.
– Ensure optimization of team effort towards the achievement of regional objectives.
– Supervise, coach, and train the team to better sell and merchandise products.
Other Job Functions:
– Make periodic plans for the region with clear KPIs.
– Responsible for distributor management and effective use of resources.

– Minimum of HND with 5-7 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the haircare industry.
– Proficiency in territory management, customer relationship building, and sales analytics.
– Must possess strong analytical and computing skills.
– Decision-making and self-confidence are essential.
