Job Title: Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and all local regulatory requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timeliness and accuracy of financial reports.
- Budget variance percentage.
- Audit and regulatory compliance.
- Cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
- Team performance and development milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in building and finishing industries is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
