Job Title: Learning and Development Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual for the role of Learning and Development (L&D) Manager. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and management of training and development programs to build competencies and enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating innovative learning initiatives and driving performance through engaging training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement cost-effective training and development initiatives.
Lead and enhance in-house development programs, including the Sundry Markets Apprenticeship Scheme and Retail Management Trainee Schemes.
Design and deliver innovative training curricula for online and in-person learning aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and coach in-house trainers and subject matter experts in effective facilitation techniques.
Oversee new employee induction and onboarding programs to ensure engagement and readiness.
Implement standard training programs, including regulatory and leadership development programs.
Ensure compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) requirements and secure full reimbursement.
Organize training logistics and ensure efficient attendance and delivery.
Track and report training metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second-Class Division).
At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Learning and Development.
HR Certification and a valid CIPMN license.
Proven experience in instructional design and digital learning content development.
Track record of managing ITF compliance and reimbursement.
Skills and Attributes
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous Payroll and Benefits Administrator to support the Payroll Manager in managing payroll systems, statutory compliance, and employee benefits. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in payroll computation, statutory remittance, and benefits administration.
Manage off-payroll processing and payroll onboarding.
Generate and update promotion and salary review letters.
Collaborate on PAYE remittance, audits, and compliance reporting.
Oversee pension enrolments, remittance, and compliance certification.
Manage NSITF remittance and claims processing.
Administer time and attendance systems, ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
CIPM certification (advantageous).
