Job Title: Neighbourhood Channel Sales Manager

Job Purpose
Execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives within assigned neighborhoods. Influence and inspire performance without direct managerial oversight of distributor staff.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Van Sales Representatives (VSR) to achieve secondary sales targets.

Expand coverage and ensure availability of Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) in neighborhood outlets.

Drive brand visibility through adherence to standards and effective promo management.

Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

Track and report sales performance metrics.

Provide coaching and development support for VSRs.

Qualifications

First Degree in any discipline.

Proficiency in computer applications.

Minimum 1-year experience in marketing or sales with KPI delivery.

Valid driver’s license and field sales management knowledge.
