Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Managing Director to lead and expand our signage and branding business. The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, diversifying the client portfolio, and expanding service offerings, including digital signage and sustainable revenue models.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years in signage, branding, construction, or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Proven expertise in revenue growth, profitability, strategic planning, and business development.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, cost control, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel across Nigeria as required.
