Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Managing Director to lead and expand our signage and branding business. The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, diversifying the client portfolio, and expanding service offerings, including digital signage and sustainable revenue models.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years in signage, branding, construction, or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Proven expertise in revenue growth, profitability, strategic planning, and business development.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, cost control, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel across Nigeria as required.
Key Competencies
- Ability to develop and implement business growth and transformation strategies.
- Expansion of market presence beyond banking into industries such as FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, and technology.
- Business development, key client relationship management, and revenue generation.
- Budgeting, financial planning, and working capital management.

- Implementation of CRM tools and organization-wide adoption.
- Leadership in fostering a high-performance culture and managing a dynamic executive team.

Salary: ₦700,000 per month
