Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
– Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
– Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and complaints.
– Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping.
– Process payments and maintain accurate records.
– Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or education is a plus.

Pay: ₦50,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
