Job Title: Visa & Ticketing Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process visa applications for international travel.
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and complete travel logistics.
• Liaise with embassies, airlines, travel agents, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian immigration and international travel regulations.
• Track visa status, travel schedules, and all required documentation.
• Provide timely updates and support to travelers.
• Maintain accurate records of visa processing and travel activities.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in visa processing and ticketing coordination.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus).
• Good understanding of world geography using the Ticketing & Reservation System (Amadeus GDS).
• Proven experience handling international travel arrangements and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian immigration regulations and visa policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
