• Front Desk Officer
• Graphics Designer

Front Desk Officer

Are you an organized, approachable, and professional individual with outstanding communication skills? We’re on the lookout for a welcoming and efficient front desk officer to serve as the first point of contact for our company. If you excel in dynamic environments and have a knack for delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
• Handle and route incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
• Provide administrative support such as appointment scheduling and mail management.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk area at all times.
• Assist with security procedures, monitor visitor access, and help maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience and promptly resolving issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• Must be smart, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Will also assist with research-related tasks.
• 1–2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Graphics Designer

Are you a highly creative individual with a flair for visual storytelling? Do you thrive on turning ideas into eye-catching designs? We’re looking for a talented and imaginative graphics designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce compelling visuals for digital and print platforms.
• Create logos, banners, brochures, social media visuals, infographics, and more.
• Maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity across all materials.
• Keep up with the latest design trends and apply them where relevant.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role (portfolio required).
• Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software.
• 2–3 years of proven design experience.
• Must be detail-oriented, creative, and proficient with design tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have a proactive mindset and a strong passion for design.
