We are seeking talented professionals to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Price and forecast the cost of different materials.

Prepare documents, bills of quantities, and contracts.

Track and manage changes in designs and other construction aspects.

Liaise with contractors and stakeholders.

Process payments to subcontractors.

Generate and submit detailed reports as required.

Requirements:

A B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.

Professional certifications are an added advantage.

Develop and refine logos, illustrations, and other visual assets.

Assist in creating presentations and marketing materials as needed.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3–4 years of proven experience in graphic design or similar roles.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
