A cease-and-desist injunction against musician Davido has been issued by Sophia Momodu, the mother of his child Imade.
Momodu, via her attorneys, accused the singer of cyberbullying, harassing, and putting her life in danger in a document dated January 10, 2023. According to the paper, the singer hired bloggers to post bogus information about her.
The paper emphasized that correspondence regarding the subject had been sent in the past to the singer’s legal team, but they had been ignored. They continued by saying that if anything happened to Momodu, Davido would be held accountable.
“Over the past few days, your client and his allies have launched a slew of well-planned attacks and cyberbullying against our client. Another individual said, “We are once more reinforcing in this letter our stance from our previous email that your client should be held accountable for any harm that may come to our client.
A day prior, singer Tiwa Savage made identical allegations in a police plea against Davido, which was also filed by Momodu. He allegedly threatened her life due of their friendship, she added.
