Position: Virtual Assistant

  • Job Type: Full-Time | Remote

  • Salary: ₦125,000/month + ₦10,000 data allowance

Job Responsibilities

  • Editing and Proofreading: Review content to ensure grammatical accuracy and polished presentation.
  • Content Editing: Create and edit videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, etc. Design visuals using Canva to produce engaging content.
  • Software Proficiency: Use Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, analysis, and collaboration.
  • Communication: Draft professional emails and handle correspondence with clients and internal teams.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct thorough product research and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Time Management: Organize and manage calendars, appointments, and schedules effectively.
  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat and offer excellent support.
  • Data Management: Update internal systems and maintain databases with high accuracy.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and set up virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, and related apps.
  • Strong communication and email writing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Skilled in graphic design using Canva.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong product research and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Technical Requirements

Laptop:

  • Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher
  • RAM: Minimum of 8GB
  • Hard Drive: At least 500GB HDD with 50GB free space
  • Internet Speed: Minimum 20MB download / 10MB upload

Smartphone:

  • Running the latest OS version
  • Minimum 4GB RAM
  • High-resolution front camera suitable for video calls
  • Fast and reliable internet connection

Salary
