Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing/Brand Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility, increase patient engagement, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Lead the creation and execution of brand strategies to position the company as a trusted leader in the aesthetics, dermatology, and wellness sectors. Define brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and sets us apart from competitors.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to gather insights on trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape. Apply these insights to refine brand strategies.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals, focusing on brand awareness, patient acquisition, and customer engagement.
Integrated Campaigns: Design and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships to create compelling, cohesive brand messaging.
Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization to enhance digital presence. Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize lead generation and ROI.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect a consistent and compliant brand identity. Establish and enforce brand guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, operations, and clinical teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate regular reports to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, or related fields.
5-6 years of experience in brand and marketing strategy within the healthcare, aesthetics, and wellness industries.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling and innovation.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly.
