Responsibilities

Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.

Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.

Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPIs.

Identify trends and optimize performance and spending based on insights.

Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize user experiences.

Evaluate the end-to-end customer journey using strong analytical skills.

Optimize user funnels and conversion points.

Generate high-quality blog content and collaborate with agencies.

Research emerging technologies and propose adoption strategies.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display campaigns.

Strong creativity with experience targeting audiences and designing impactful campaigns.

Expertise in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and Google Ads.

Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices.

Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly
