We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

 

1. Job Title: I.T Officer

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, phones, routers, switches, and internet connections to optimize user experience.

Provide daily operations and systems support across all sales/purchasing outlets.

Monitor CCTV systems and escalate irregularities.

Set up computer LAN/WLAN for new outlets and resolve IT issues concurrently.

Verify functionality of hardware and software components.

Conduct regular network backup operations.

Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades and restrict unauthorized access.

Set up staff accounts, provide login assistance, and troubleshoot issues.

Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware faults.

Maintain equipment safety standards and software license records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND qualification with 1–2 years of experience.

Salary:

N130,000 – N140,000 per month

2. Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Develop and supervise the company’s financial strategy.

Document financial transactions and prepare balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other reports.

Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure budget compliance.

Manage accounts, payroll, cash receipts, and financial assets.

Handle transactions, debts, and cash flow forecasting.

Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of accounts payables and receivables.

Maintain fixed asset registers and liaise with banks for financial issues.

Prepare reports for management, assist with audits, and address discrepancies.

Supervise team members and perform additional duties assigned by the MD/CEO.

Requirements:

B.Sc./HND/M.Sc. in Accounting with ICAN, ACCA, or CMA certification (mandatory).

Minimum of 2 years of senior-level accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and data management.

Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws.

Not more than 40 years old.

Salary:

N500,000 per month

Strategic Oversight:

Develop HR strategies by reviewing policies, procedures, and practices.

Support organizational transitions and change management initiatives.

Recruitment & Staffing:

Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.

Develop job descriptions, post openings, and screen candidates.

Ensure seamless integration of new employees.

Employee Management:

Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts.

Promote a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.

Conduct background checks and manage the employee confirmation process.

Performance & Career Management:

Implement performance management systems and prepare reports for senior management.

Oversee career pathing and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits:

Manage payroll, benefits, and employee files.

Conduct pay surveys and recommend revisions.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and organize sessions.

Evaluate and implement training strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.

Minimum of 4 years HR experience, including 2 in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Not more than 40 years old.
