1. Business Development Manager – Marketer

📍 Location: Nigeria
⏳ Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Business Development in Oil & Gas:

Promote Multi-Net Group’s services, including EPCIC, flow station management, pipeline construction, and oil spill remediation.

Identify and explore new opportunities in upstream, midstream, and downstream markets.

Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to expand the company’s footprint in the oil and gas sector.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid tenders aligned with client requirements.

Business Development for General Contracts:

Identify and pursue government and private sector contracts across various industries, including construction, training and consultancy, and renewable energy.

Develop and deliver compelling proposals tailored to meet client and project needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and private sector clients.

Prepare and submit technical and financial bid tenders for diverse projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, particularly in oil and gas or government contracting.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with Nigerian market trends and government contracting processes.

2. Civil Engineer

📍 Location: Nigeria

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to design, plan, and oversee construction projects for both onshore and offshore operations. The ideal candidate will ensure structural integrity, safety, and efficiency across all civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and oversee the construction and maintenance of onshore and offshore structures.

Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies for new projects.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and reports.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Ability to work in challenging environments, including offshore sites.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Professional engineering license (an added advantage).
