We are recruiting to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

– Improve profit and attain sales targets of the supermarket
– Deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues
– Organize training, orientation, and supervise all session supervisors
– Oversee receiving orders, procurement, and stock control
– Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees and also follow up on the results they generate
– Complete all operational requirements of the store
– Appraise, monitor, and plan tasks to be given to individual staff members
– Discipline, counsel, and coach employees to maintain positive result generation
– Initiate corrective actions, analyze variance, schedule expenditure, and prepare annual budgets aside from achieving other financial objectives of the organization
– Recognize future and present requirements by customers
– Establish good rapport with existing and potential customers
– Collaborate with other members of staff that have good understanding about service requirements
– Maintain inventories and approve contracts to ensure consistent availability of the required services and merchandise
– Study trends, authorize clearance sales, and also determine all required sales promotions
– Review merchandising by formulating pricing policies
– Identify profitability ratio by studying financial statements and operating statements
– Study display plans, sales promotion, and advertising towards marketing merchandise in a profitable manner

Job Requirements:

– A Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or any related field
– 4 – 5 relevant working experience
– Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to relate cordially with clients
– Possess management proficiency
– Ability to plan and execute strategic sales processes
– Ability to deliver results copiously
– Ability to manage other staff members
– Possess excellent specific market knowledge
– Possess IT and accounting proficiency

Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 monthly

Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities:

– Assist in the administration of floor Staff/Security
– Merchandising of stocks according to principles and ethics
– Management of stock re-ordering and ensuring that shop attendants submit their stock out list on a weekly basis to the procurement department and confirm the quantity to be procured based on history
– Staff discipline and scheduling under the supervision of a manager
– Ensure customer satisfaction and customer service
– Management of staff gate
– Ensure all procedures are strictly adhered to
– Prepare roasters latest by Friday of every week
– Supervision of Shop Floor
– Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Salary: N70,000 – N90,000 monthly

Job Title: Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

– Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
– Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
– Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
– Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
– Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement
– Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
– Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee
– Document process and prepare audit findings memoranda
– Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions
– Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards

Requirements:

– BSc Degree in Accounting or Finance
– Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases
– Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
– High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
– Sound independent judgment

Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 monthly
