Job Summary

The Manager, Business Development & Projects will be responsible for:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead market expansion initiatives, identifying new customer segments and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze and report on the ROI of new business initiatives, including digital marketing and service innovations.
  • Oversee the execution of new projects, ensuring successful implementation and goal achievement.
  • Actively network and attend industry events to build relationships and stay updated on trends.
  • Drive digital marketing efforts, collaborating with the marketing team to enhance online presence.
  • Develop and present customized proposals to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a track record of success.

2. Customer Relations Manager

  • Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
