1. Customer Service Representative

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting our suite of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and swiftly.

Provide detailed product and service information.

Process customer orders and payments accurately.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved.

Identify and escalate critical issues to management.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Consistently meet or exceed customer service goals and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Completion of NYSC is mandatory.

Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 per month.

2. Collection Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM

Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent Collection Officer to help manage overdue payments and assist customers in resolving outstanding loan balances.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments.

Follow up with customers who have promised payments.

Guide customers through payment processes.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of payments.

Requirements:

Minimum SSCE certification.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Capacity to work under pressure.

Must own an Android smartphone with at least 3GB RAM.

Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage potential customers and initiate sales over the phone.

Ask insightful questions to maintain customer engagement.

Listen to customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions.

Document customer information, sales, and feedback.

Stay up to date on product offerings and inform customers of new options.

Consistently achieve sales quotas and targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, NCE, OND, or HND.

0–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong communication and creative thinking skills.

Persuasive abilities with patience to engage customers.

Solid sales skills and ability to handle rejection.

Proficient with relevant software tools.

Own an Android phone with a minimum of 4GB RAM and Android version 6 or higher.

Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 per month.
