Responsibilities

Lead and manage the assigned Computer and Copier Service team.

Coach, mentor, and train team members for continuous improvement.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve team goals.

Serve as the escalation point for resolving technical and service issues.

Monitor team coverage, approve time off, and ensure adequate backups.

Assess staffing and equipment needs.

Conduct performance reviews and make compensation recommendations.

Track team performance, ensuring metrics and benchmarks are met.

Provide weekly performance metrics and reports to the Director.

Attend company and departmental meetings as required.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.

6. Job Title: Vehicle Maintenance Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

Vehicle Maintenance Officers work with all parts of a vehicle and its systems, from steering and brakes to air conditioning. They inspect vehicles to identify faults or damage and perform necessary repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Inspecting and Testing Vehicles

• Test vehicle parts to ensure they function properly.
• Follow checklists to examine all critical areas of the car.

Performing Maintenance Checks

• Conduct routine checks, such as oil changes and filter replacements.
• Ensure maintenance follows company and industry procedures.

Repairing or Replacing Parts

• Identify and fix vehicle issues, including repairing or replacing parts such as gearboxes or generators.
• Perform minor or major technical repairs as required.

Maintaining Vehicles

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Mechanical Engineering.
